What is Qovery
Qovery is a Kubernetes platform that gives engineering teams a self-service way to provision infrastructure, deploy applications, and manage production environments on their own cloud accounts. It supports AWS, GCP, Azure, Scaleway, and existing Kubernetes clusters, with built-in CI/CD, preview environments, monitoring, security, and infrastructure management.
Overview
Qovery provides a control plane for managing Kubernetes infrastructure and application delivery across cloud environments. It can provision and maintain Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS, Google GKE, Azure AKS, and Scaleway Kapsule, or connect to an existing Kubernetes cluster. Developers can deploy applications from GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket, container registries, Helm charts, or Terraform modules. The platform provides built-in CI/CD, preview environments, managed databases, autoscaling, deployment rollbacks, logs, metrics, audit logs, RBAC, and cloud resource provisioning. Qovery runs workloads in the customer's own cloud account rather than hosting the applications itself.
Who should and shouldn't use it
- You want a self-service Kubernetes platform without building your own internal developer platform.
- You want to keep applications and infrastructure in your own AWS, GCP, Azure, or Scaleway account.
- You need standardized deployment workflows, preview environments, and built-in CI/CD.
- You need a platform that covers both Kubernetes provisioning and application deployment.
- You have a growing engineering or platform team that needs centralized infrastructure governance.
- You want simple managed hosting without Kubernetes or cloud infrastructure management.
- You are looking for a low-cost PaaS for a small personal project.
- You do not need infrastructure provisioning, governance, or Kubernetes management.
- You want Qovery itself to host your applications instead of running them in your own cloud account.
